Supporting ARA Through Property Sales – A Community Initiative

Gatehouse is pleased to support a new community-led initiative designed to help raise funds for Animal Rescue Algarve (ARA) through property sales connected to supporters and visitors to ARA and the WOOFF Charity Shops.

Gatehouse works with 45 trusted real estate agents and can introduce you to the right professional to assist with your search. In return, 20% of the commission from any successful sale or purchase is donated to ARA.

How It Works

•⁠ ⁠In the first instance, contact Gary to discuss your property interest
•⁠ ⁠You will then be introduced to a suitable local real estate agent(s) that can assist you
•⁠ ⁠Upon the successful completion of a property sale, 20% of the commission will be donated

Real Estate Agents

Since 1999 Gatehouse has formed strong working relationships with different real estate agents and currently has a panel of 45 agents to choose from that includes to name just a few Waratah, Mapro-Knight Frank, Vendici, Xtophe-Chestertons, Diamond Properties based locally who are all important supporters of ARA.

ARA relies heavily on community support to continue its vital work rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing animals across the Algarve. This initiative allows property sales to contribute meaningfully, without complicating the process for sellers or agents.
